Winch advise series 2 LR

DM TREES

Recommended Posts

I use my 1965 land rover in the woods on a 1000 acre estate at the moment it's all good but once we get a bit of rain it will change

What winch would be good for self recovery just in case i get stuck loads of massive trees to winch off

Would I also need to change the front bumper ?

Thanks in advance

You can mount the winch into the existing bumper if you can fabricate and weld but it's easier to buy one a bolt it on, a winch and winch bumper new would be around £700.

You can buy a winch tray which makes the job a lot easier.

The best value winch is without a doubt the TDS Goldfish @ £350.
