Could not find any info on processing kindling from your links

have you ever made kindling from old pallets by any chance?

 

We dont use pallets alot are treated and most are dirty full of nails and make horrible kindling. You are too far away as for how much I would pay for the timber it all depends on how it kindled but if I was collecting it would be £15 a tonne max. so what happens if one person brings it in sogging wet and the other person brings it in bone dry

 

By that time we would have decided its not worth the bother and bought elsewhere. Its a pile of cheap softwood you agree a price.
