Help!!!!! Wandsworth and brixton

Please help, I have two jobs with the Grand Union pub chain and they want seven trees crown reduced and pollarded, however there are some problems:

 

*They will NOT close the gardens for us so we have to work between 7am and 1pm.

 

*One of the trees is above a marquee and has a bar built around the base of the trunk

Sounds like a handy number , just put a canvas slid and away you go , had a job like that about 4 years ago , cutting trees above a glass smoking shed and they would not close it for a few hours.

P.S did put ply wood over and around it.
