To the OP, just noticed you paragraph to me, and quite understand what your saying, but I've was in your situation for many years and don't think I ever got any overtime in my life, and all jobs were underpriced because that's how most companies win the work.

 

So, I'm might be an owner manager now but I do know what it's like. It wasn't a dig, but a fact of life. You either get on with it or go find another job, which will probably be exactly the same.

It's just when it's day after day and your not keeping up with stuff at home. You know rugby training, meetings and other "after work" life stuff. It starts to grind you down. I the bosses point of view, but does he fully get an employees...

 

There's no drama with it, I was just trying to see how other small outfits work stuff out. I'm waiting and trying to save to get myself out in AUS. Have family over there and would love to settle. Any hoot, hope alls well.
