Oak chips in the cotswolds

I just read that on a smoking web site, they also said try using Cherry wood.

So again, if anyone has any alder, hickory, apple, cherry or oak chips I can give you some pretty nice tasting chutneys :laugh1:

 

Hopefully will get some in at some point. I`ll msg you if I do. That chutney sounds good!!:001_smile:
