Sounds like a letter from a land agent would be in order.

 

On what grounds is he quoting for not carrying on. It might just be the site will need a visit from the building inspector to assess the foundations for approval before the building is erected.

no he says the permited devolpment did not go threw, there saying the building needs aproval from the forestry commision as well?

yes that would sound easier, however ive had lots of thing stolen recentley and an atempted theft of my ifor williams trailer full of logs! i was building the barn so i can keep my tractor and other machinery in it and have somwhere to work in the dry.

I think this is what im going to have to do. Can anyone recoemend a good agent to use?

Is it Forestry Commission land if not I cannot see any reason why the forestry commission would be involved.

no i own it, the people before done christamas trees and copicing in the 70's. i pretty sure its never been anything to do with the forestry commision
