Arborcom hemlet problems

Evening All,

I have a set of the arborcom helmets and they were great upto a year old.:sneaky2:

Since then both microphone wires have broken internally near the rubber plug that goes into the helmet, and recently one of the on/off/volume switches is playing up, in that it is difficlult to turn on, and then makes lots of beeping noises, before switching itself off, or losing the connection to the other helmet.

The rubbber plug is sorted by cutting it off, baring the wires and then inserting back into the other end of the plug, before jamming into the socket on the helmet.

The on/off problem I cannot figure out. Anyone else had these experiences?

Cheers...Al
