Do you know what the Purple fungi is in the 3rd pic?

 

I've got the same one on some willows, also on nearby blackthorn after laying a hedge, I've also seen it on chestnut in the log yard, but couldn't ID it.

 

Assumed it was silver leaf? But most likely wrong with my current ability of fungi identification :lol:

Good job this ol Aesculus is in the middle of pastureland??

 

i take it you will be putting signs up and putting tape and cones around it, so the sheep stay away and nice and safe:001_smile:
