Naming and shaming?

Not for the sake of shaming, but so other people don't get stung. Me and a mate did a few days work for someone advertising the work on here. That was about a month ago and still waiting to be paid. He's let me down several times, promising to drop the money off, send a cheque, but nothing. Even sent him letters/invoices, and now considering small claims court. I'm studying and actually had to spend money I didn't have anyway, putting fuel in the car to get to the jobs.

 

Is it worth naming him on here? There's plenty of other students in the area, wouldn't want anyone else ending up in the same boat.
