Looking for someone with a Lucas mill near Godalming to help us mill some oak, sycamore and pine bulks. Can anyone help?

Hi there, must it be a Lucas mill or would a 90cm bandsaw suffice? Regards Curtis

Hi Curtis, it doesn't have to be a Lucas mill. The oaks are large and I thought the Lucas mill would be the best as the but doesn't have to be moved. What are you thinking Curtis?

We are the importer of Hudson sawmill - based in Haslemere. I have a couple customers (with larger 36" cut machines) around the area; I could put you in touch with if you would like?

James Musthill (Tigerscapes) 07740 487055 has got a Lucas Mill and is based close to Godalming, he loves a nice big log for the reason you mention- minimal movement of the machine. Happy milling. WW
