Need softwood for kindling machine please

Our supply of long lengths of reject planned pine construction timber is not keeping up with our demand. Ideally I need seasoned timber with a square edge. I have thought about small cordwood but would need a machine to strip some of the bark and put a flat edge on it. I have a machine which grabs 6 pieces of planned timber at once and cuts it to 6" automatically. Our kindlet will handle round timber but is best with planned. The bags are dry and ready to go have no bark in and dont go mouldy. I have thought of used scaffold boards but some are treated . I have tried slab wood from a fence manufacturer but it has a high bark content and often alot of sticky sap. I would appreciate any other ideas. Off cuts shorter than 2ft are not cost effective to process.
