Alright everyone im new to arbtalk and just woundered if theres anyone in the Bath/Bristol area that might be up for going for a climb at weekends i need to get my confidence and speed up. if anyones got any advice on how to improve climbing skills weather its books video etc be good to here from you. thanks

Hello Gary, welcome to the forum.:biggrin:

 

You've answered your own question mate. Also don't be tempted to rush if the guy on the ground is tapping his foot, we were all new once. When you get good you get fast, and the only way to get good is practice!

 

I know of a Gary from around that area. Did you do the Level 2 in arb taught by M. Palfrey back in 2008 perchance?
