Foreman/ Team leader West Sussex

Absolute Arboriculture is a small tree care company in Horsham, West Sussex which has been trading for 9 years . We provide a full tree care service to our extensive growing client list, which compromises of both commercial and domestic customers.

 

We require a 25yr +, self motivated, presentable and reliable tree surgeon to lead a 2-3 man gang. Candidates must be good communicators and able to represent the company. Carrying out quotations may also be required.

You must have the ability to delegate work as well as teach others when it is required.

 

You must hold CS30,31,38,39,41, C1 + E towing licence and Chapter 8.

Extensive experience in all tree operations is essential in this role, particularly reductions and rigging as well as good basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles, chippers and grinders.

 

Previous experience of being a foreman is desirable.
