Better of with olympic gymnastic rings. cheaper and you can hang them anywhere. will get you 10 times fitter and stronger.

Just the ticket (used TRX system at the gym and can do exactly the same at a fraction of the price...

 

Also the local playgrounds on my running circuit can be adapted to make great suspension equipment already paid for with our council tax £££
