Con area/ tpo question

My local TO is very proactive, communication is key with him, so such a bullish approach would be detrimental to future applications, and notifications, and would serve absolutely no purpose other than make my life harder, which is pointless. Id guess we're very lucky in this area to have a good TO though!

It's not usually the TO that has a problem with how we work it's the councillors and do gooders that pull the TO's strings. One TO even rang me about a Poplar we had on notice to fell and said he might not be able to serve the TPO until the day after 6 wk deadline,nudge,nudge wink. We had some good fun with the local councillor and parish councillors on the Sunday we felled it. They had the police out and they did not have a clue.Real good article on TPO law/wasting police resources in the local paper that week with a nice half page picture ad for us which would have cost about £400..lol:thumbup:
