as part of a collage assignment i have to create identification keys for different types of pathogens that affect trees, easy! but im abit stuck on ganoderma adspersum! not because their isnt the information out their on it but because on my assignment brief it has its common name down as artists fungus and on researching that ive found that most people call Ganoderma applanatum artists fungus, this has got me slightly bamboozled, has my lecturer made a mistake on the brief? or is this a name that is given to both?

speedy replies please as i have to hand in all assignments a week today(and their is allot:thumbdown: )

cheers
