Background:

 

Enterprise, the infrastructure services company, has joined forces with Peterborough City Council in a 23 year partnership to deliver key frontline services to the local community. Services to be delivered include: household waste and recycling collection, street cleaning, property design and maintenance, grounds maintenance and a range of other services. The aim of the strategic partnership is to improve these services, while providing the best value for taxpayers.

 

Objective:

 

The objective of this project is to provide the Parks, Trees and Open Spaces team with an up to date tree survey of highways trees under the remit of Enterprise Peterborough totalling approximately 16,000. Subject to efficient delivery of the tree surveys there may be an opportunity to provide assistance to the Parks, Trees and Open Spaces team in the everyday management of the city’s tree stock.
