Been signed off work as some numbty ran in to back of our van wile we were sat in traffic back is hurting in three places got hands that keep going numb not good for holding a saw lol but it is only day four and I am going off my trolley .

You have my sympathy, I've been off for 3 weeks now, and I should be match-fit for next week all being well. I've never had more than a day or so off in one go, so this has been an unknown for me.

Have done swelling in neck and back pressing on the nerves should go off once the swelling goes down if not then got to go back for phisio
