help

 

how do you work out how much wood is in the stack

 

ive bought some wood form the fc

 

 

 

pile is 5 m long and the bottom of the pipe 3 m long at the top 1.5 m high lenth of wood is 2.4 m all pine avg "6 to "8 dia

how do you work out the air ?

 

Genrally 55% wood if it's hardwood and

 

70% if its straight softwood.

 

Being pine I wobbled around the 65% mark.

 

It's all in the FC blue book...

 

If you want to be hyper accurate, top diameter it all - not a big stack.
