trees killed by Chemical, are they safe to work on?

interesting one,I think you realy need to know what was used to plan your method of work,and the disposal.

 

I may be wrong but if you handle the arisings & dispose of them you might be liable if there are any consequenses of your actions,as knowingly moving or disposing of an unknown chemical might put you in the loop.

Can the area be made safe & fenced off until you know what was used?
