I have been toiling with the idea to make my own pruning saw handle, and just wondering if any one has done it here on AT if so if you have any pictures advice or instructions would be great. There is a photo in this set that shows a custom handle its on the bottom row just in case i havent described it well cheers

Looks like a nice handle mate. Looking forward to seeing yours. Got my visa for Oz yesterday! Be over in November hopefully!!

If one was made, I would laminate layers, after recalling handles that were not, which split along the grain.

 

Most handles fit me pretty good.

 

I did customize a wood rifle stock once to fit my hands, fingers and thumbs though.
