Looking for a yard/field/land to rent

Looking to start logs near penrith/ surrounding area so im looking for a nice cheap small yard or field where i can saw/ split wood without annoying anyone plus storage! Anyone know anywhere?? Will be small scale so were not talking 1000s of tons!

If I were you I'd edit out the 'cheap' word and maybe replace with sensibly priced, then reissue the request. Cheap is such a cheap word and suggests you will likely do everything on the cheap which could stretch to not looking after such a cheap place which could put land owners off.

Go speak to local farmers/ landowners I got mine in exchange for bit of treework now n again plus I keep the area spic n span. Win win for both of us!!

Yeah cheap is not the right word in hindsight! Yes reasonably priced works better, dont expect to get anything cheap anymore! Penrith seems to be one of the dead spots with lots of stuff to close to scotland or too far south near chester! Il make a farmer list and do a ring about again!
