3 days before this huge shopping centre in the centre of Bristol is about to open and they finally decide to get the tree work done. The tree officer recommended we pollarded this silver maple because it has Ganoderma, had to lower everything because of the lights installed directly under the tree.

Yeah it was just me and my colleauge on the ground, the Schliesing chipper helped us keep on top of things. We were in such a rush to get out he forgot to take a final picture.

 

We sub ourselves out to a chap called Alan J Engley, hes a M.Arb, (R.F.S.),F.Arbor. A.,M.I.Hort.,M.I.C.For. and gets us alot of good work around Bristol and Bath.

Who do you work for High Scale?

Ahh, I worked for Alan with his brother Dave and his cousin Andy for a long time, Dave and Andy were expert tree men.

 

I work for various company's now but I will never forget those days.

 

I might of known that Alan would get a plum job like that, he always has work.
