Seized Husqvarna 254xp

Thanks for all the advice guys, it is definitely seized, The local dealers have confirmed this too.

 

I think its seized due to either old fuel or poorly mixed fuel, was starting to struggle and stupidly I carried on until it cut out (not having a clue it would seize).

 

The shop said it would need a new cyclinder but quoted for a new husky one.

 

I would really like to get it fixed, I haven't stripped it down but could do that, how easy is it to fit a new cylinder and piston?
