Passed MEWP course yesterday!!

Did the IPAF MEWP course (cat 1b and 3b) yesterday. Did it at Hampshire Plant and Access, at Winall. Was proper good, especially as I am generally rubbish with heights. Not going to be doing the CS from MEWP course for a while though as want to get used to just being in a MEWP for the while. Going up in the middle of a yard with nothing around felt sketchy, especially in the trailer one which was tiny and flimsy. Doing the test though was fine, where I was reaching out up the side of a building and driving the Genie (3b) one around, despite the steering being weird.

 

Doubt we'll ever get a tiddly trailer mounted one like that though but it was only a few extra quid to do 2 catagories.
