just wondering if anyone could recommend any good informative books on tree fungus identification/types and treatments?

 

In terms of the Tree Fungi side of your question you could spend some time going through the Directory on tyhe above links.

 

With regards to fungi books, I would recommend Roger Phillips 'Mushrooms' & Gerrit Keizers 'Complete Encyclopedia' & the Collins guide.

 

 

 

Heinze Butins 'Tree Diseases & Disorders' & David Alfords Pests of Ornamental Trees, Shrubs & Flowers are very good to have at hand.
