I recently visited a motocross track and got speaking to the owner. The track in question is called immingham motorcycle project and can be found on google.

The track owner is a great guy and runs the track on an all are welcome basis. Throughout the winter the track can become a bit of a bog and becomes a bit dangerous for younger children.

To make the track safer large volumes of woodchip are required to throw down. Being more of a community project i got the impression that not much profit if any is made from running the place.

Just thought i'd stick a post on here to let everyone know that if they have the need to get shut of a large or small ammount of woodchip charitable donations to the cause are welcome. Quality is not important ie conifer but i suppose hawthorn, blackthorn etc would cause problems.

Thanks.

Forgot to mention the chip is welcome all year round and will be stockpiled till needed if the track is dry.:thumbup1:
