Abtec Diamond discs

There appears to be a problem with these discs at the moment.

 

115mm 4 1 2 diameter Diamond coated wheel Vanity Blade

 

This an email I received from the company yesterday,

 

"Thank you for your order.

 

Unfortunately, we have a quality control issue with this item and is not available at this moment in time.

 

These have been re-ordered but we have not date as to when these will be in stock with us.

 

Please advise if you wish to keep this on back order or if you prefer a full refund.

 

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

Diamond Discs - Saturn Machine Knives

Saturns ones are also double sided! I managed to disintegrate one of these discs within one day touching up and sharpening a Carlton 7015! The little diamonds come off and stick in your clothes and skin!!!! It was replaced for free and the new one is holding up well so far!!

Maybe that's why there's a "quality control issue". I notice the Saturn Knives disc is much more expensive than Abtecs' although the product image looks the exact same.
