Im sure this has been discussed to death but a quick question please...:001_smile:

Where are we with respect those changes proposed last year and due to be effective April this year...you know the ones !

Streamlining the process. New model orders...refining DDD to dead & dangerous. Effective immediately..Dont have to tell the world and his wife....etc .?

In legislation limbo at the moment I would think what with the departure of the Govt.'s sole arboriculturalist (Peter Annett). Having said that, planning reform in other areas is moving quickly so I should think its still on the cards this year sometime.

 

September I've heard...hopefully 2011 that is!
