We are working on the power lines for UKPN and were stopping at the Ibis Hotel near Dartford crossing in Grays on tuesday night, awoke on Wednesday morning to find we had one chipper less and six saws less.

The saws are three MS200t all around a year old, Three MS341 saws two of which are approx 2months old.

The chipper is a Jenson Tracked chipper on a flat tipping bed trailor similar to the ones fountain /tilhill use.

there is also one sthil blower gone.

If any anybody in this area is offered any cheap gear we would be grateful if you could let us know, the chipper is as good as new approx 6months old and saws are all in good order so were probably down about £27-30,000ish and the insurance arent looking promising due to not been in locked building etc.

pm please if you here anything and a reward would be given if we get a substantial amount back ie chipper.

We all work freelance for a company contracting to the blue machine, so the chipper is the companies, but still it kicks our work to a halt, the saws are our own and to replace, wouldnt mind but we have been working all the way through the travelling camps down here and apart from some diesel going nothing has been touched.
