THAT'S why tree stock with inclusions should never be planted.

 

Thanks for the updated pics. They show very clearly why this tree failed.

 

How's the clearup going?

 

Got it done & dusted by 2-2.30 with time to fit in another couple of jobs :thumbup1:

 

Apparently it went over at 5am with one hell of a bang. By the look of the failure point it wouldn't have gone over slowly.

i want to use shock tactics on my local council, we have a country park with plenty of danger!

Pic 1&3 on the failure pics, gano FB and pic 2 is the rot caused in their decay column

 

I'm sure Hama will love this. A proper inclusion failure!

 

I've got to be the first to admit that my knowledge of all the different types of diseases & the way they decay a tree is limited :blushing:.

 

You inspire me to gain a true understanding of this side of tree work. :001_smile:
