Hi,

I have been asked to survey a mature Oak with several large old pruning wounds with reaction wood and cavities and decay into the main stem, with a view to deciding the trees future (Housing estate, cars, kids etc below)

The client has agreed to carry out decay detection testing on the tree to decide its fate, and I have recommended further decay detection in the form of a Picus/Tomograph test.

My usual consultant is snowed under with work at the minute, and this is a time sensitive job, does anyone own/carry out/recommend a consultant with such kit that can do this inspection for me, I am happy to be on site to assist, as the wounds are from 2m-5m on the main stem.

I will get pics and post when I pass it next, any help advice appreciated

Thanks

Beezy

Thanks Hama,

I have tried to call Andy, but his phone number on his website doesn't work, and he hasn't answered my online request, maybe because he is away?

John Harraway who I would normally use is busy on a big contract until June, and this is a bit time sensitive, i'll grab BatiArbs details from his signature and try him again.

Cheers mate
