Dear Mark: easy-lift guy here, I have never heard of such a thing in my life. This is one more example of something for nothing and sooner or later everyone pays. Free clothing vouchers are insane at the least. FYI I have never heard of such a thing here in the States as well.

Dear Mark: We have people here in the US that not only expect but demand the status quo and if there is no funding available to support their life style than everything must come to a halt,or so they think. I come from a very hard working family much as I believe most people in the Arborcultural industry. Mainly self reliant by nature and willing to help others willing to help them selfs.

Beign Northern Irish - I know we have some unusal sayings - but please exuse my ignorance - what is a Jack Wagon?
