Splitter advice

Hi all, been splitting logs by hand for ages and although I enjoy doing it I now want to buy a tractor mounted hydraulic splitter to run off the back of 2007 john Deere 6930, to save me trawling different suppliers and getting fed loads of bull**** can anyone recommend a good one.

Thanks in advance

with the power of that, id invest in something fairly substantial, youd be able to run a 20t off that. our splitter was an ebay special at £495, its been modified from a point head that kept bending to an axe head, we run it on a JD 6330 and just leave the hydraulics on flow and revs at about 1500, it power through pretty much anything and will cut across the grain!

ive seen splitters getting advertsised in a banner here, i saw those, i think it was anyway, at the apf and looked like good solid machines.
