as far as I am aware the 350 is pretty much the same saw as the 346xp, but different pot and piston. So most of the plastic parts are interchangable, and it is built like a pro saw.

 

I could be wrong though! But if money is an issue and it's not being used all day every day I'd go for the 350 as it's significantly cheaper than either of the others.
