possible surveying jobs...

Hi, I am in the process of starting business as a surveyor, but have already lost my first job due to a specific request for a level 3 (ie tech cert qualified) surveyor. I am therefore putting the feelers out for someone with this qual in the essex/suffolk border area to assist me when such jobs arise in the future. I have spoken with my prospective insurer and been told you would need your own insurance. Ideally I would like any of this 'sub contracting' work to be done through me under my company name.

Planning ahead, someone with decay detection equipment would be good, for when the need arises.

I am happy to discuss terms, rates etc. If it meant getting a job as opposed to not I would not mark up price for the client, but would like to be present for any surveying, as I am keen to learn anything from everyone when possible! Especially those of superior knowledge ;)

Pm me if you are interested, thanks for reading.
