Catch 22

hi all,

im looking to take my 38/39 soon however I feel I need some more practice. The course I did was a combined CS30/31 and 38/39 however only 6 days of practice for 38/39 wasn't really enough. (or am i just being weak?) I understand hardly any employers will take someone climbing if they dont have a ticket, however I need practice to be able to pass the assesment. how did everyone else go about overcoming this?
