I will be looking for hardwood for firewood and some softwood for kindlet through the summer. I have a timber crane on trailer with tractor but only 20mph so not to far from Andover. If the right job came along I would buy a mog or fastrac with 15 tonne trailer.

i'll let you know if i hear of anything going over our way (by the woods) dad has a few mates that look after decent sized patches of woodland over that way - although it might be too far for you to go in the tractor

how much wood are you after i can do transit loads of cord wood

 

A transit load would be good 17 tonnes at a time good cant get an arctic in. You are nice and close will send Pm see if we can work something out.

i have approx 50 x 3-4mtr fir poles that were cut last year if that would be of use to you, we will be thinning another plantation ,starting in february,which potentially will produce a lot more. i'm not too far from you and we can get all wood trackside for collection. pm me if interested
