New track, 19-28 ST

Need a replacement track for my safetrak, think the current track has had its day as it keeps popping off and appears slightly twisted even when under full tension. What do they normally come in at with the VAT?

 

Also, does anybody know the exact size/spec of grease nipple that fits the large nut for tensioning the track? There's a nipple on one side but not the other, if I knew what fitted then it would make ordering a much simpler process...
