stihl 023av not oiling

my o23 av is not oiling have taken apart and looked andwhat i noticed is the plastic oil cog keeps jumping off the main shaft . anybody know why this is happening ? does anybody have the parts diragam online so i can check i got all the parts as i think its been rebuilt before?

I had an MS250 when I first started thinning, and after about the first week it would not oil properly for love no money. I would strip it right down, clean it, and it would be OK for 1-2 days. Even had the dealer do the same. After a month I gave up, and they swapped me an MS260. That was 3 months ago, and no problems since!

I have no experience of this saw but failure is usually down to chippings and oil around the oil pump drive or stripped pinion (worm drive)
