Take on some well paid staff then if free unpaid workers are a risk.:001_rolleyes:

More like some scum that have been following the vehicle back from a site:thumbdown:

Not nice to assume because someone is a volunteer that the person is also a thief. I had people come to do free work at weekends and one was a local doctor.

My colleagues and i were discussing the possibilities about how the alarm didnt go off. Our first port of call was a power cut but the people across the lane didnt have one during the night. Our next thought was either a disgruntled volunteer or one of our colleague who has just had a competency hearing (one step below disciplinary) after he left a chainsaw out all night in the woods. There were a few other problems regarding his work manner and care of powertools. So we thought it might be him. Will have to wait and see. But either way we have lost powertools which is a major pain in the rear.
