Fast action log splitter

Im currently looking to purchase a new log splitter either a towable or tractor mounted (at the moment just wieghing the pros and cons). What im more interested in finding one with a fast action ram along with atleast 10-20 ton ram. I recall seeing one on here a year or two ago but have been unable to find what im looking for:001_huh:

 

I dont want to go down the processor route as i dont actively push firewood.

 

Any thoughts?

find a welder, and welding guy if necessary and build your own! see avatar for my efforts! haven't got a piece of wood stuck on it yet! and cost me less than £450 including labour!

give Andy (treequip) a call/pm, he knocked this up for me at sensible money, piped up to run on my chippers hydraulic pump at tickover, not mega fast but just right for me, i'm sure he can build to your spec too. Ed.
