Not going too close this year. Hedge cutting about 6 or 7 mile down the road is as close as i will get.

 

Last year was not a good year for trouble. I hope this year is better. There are some very nice people who go, but as normal it is usually spoiled by the minority.

We live on one of the routes to the fair

The local villages have had riots , beatings , i have heard of some people too afraid to come out at night

and of course the thefts that seem to happen when the travellers go past
