Gear and APF

Going down to the APF this year and I'm wondering if it is possible to try some different spikes to see which ones are most comfortable for me. I know there's a lot of gear sales tents but is there anywhere we can try stuff and staff to give advice while we do so?

any stand should be able to chat, offer advice and let you try things out. unfortunatly some more than others! jonsie, nod@treeworker are good places.

 

dont know about spikes tho, unless a stand has a spare log? (thats a big hint to the tradestands reading this!!)
