tractor + chipper beats a mog 99 days outof 100

how can it? a mog is a tractor for a start. I also love it when people say you cant fit alot in mogs but the i.ts like comparing a u100 and a u1650 to a cabstar and 7.5 tone lorry

The thing that makes a mog good is what you can do with it ie. Tow anything, Run things of the pto.

I hate it when people just come out with comments on here like its rubbish why why just take the time to say why u think a normal tractor is better then a mog.

Rant over:wave:

I like my bosses mog and chip box due to teh fact it has a chipper on teh back a chip box and a winch and butt plate up front. a versitile wee machine that can be used for skidding, pulling trees over, self rescue chipping towing etc etc etc. down point is that it doesn't have teh off road capabilites of a real tractor and doesn';t have teh on road capabilities of a van.

it doesn't require a trailer to tow teh chipper, it chips into itself. carries 2 guys.

its an ok comprimise. its not perfect but how many solutions are perfect?

Who made the chipbox?Does it side dump?

Yeah it tips 3 ways. Not sure of their name but they are local engineers to us in Yate, South Gloucester. They have made chip boxes for mogs before.
