One of my customers has a nice cherry, which is riddled with blossom wilt. I have now removed all the infected wood, and removed from site.

According to the bible, diognostic of ill health in trees, there is not much else that can be done.

However i did think that spraying the affected areas with a weak solution of Jays fluild might get rid of any remaining fungal spores.

IS THIS A GOOD OR BAD IDEA, or will it have a detrimental effect on the tree ?

Advice helpful or otherwise appreciated
