NHBC 4.2-B Help!

Can anyone help me? I need the NHBC Tree Tables showing water demand and ultimate height by species. I need to get a 5837 finished and don't have the time to pay £30 and wait a few days. Would really appreciate any help I can get on this one!

 

Specifically the species I need are:

 

Common Lime - Ash - Hawthorn - Holly - Birch -Sycamore - Lombardy Poplar -Cherry - W Red Cedar - Lawsons Cypress - Magnolia - Atlas cedar - Yew - Leylands Cypress - Hornbeam - Whitebeam - Tree of Heaven - Beech - oak -Bay - Apple - Damson - Pear
