I am on a begging spree really. If anyone has a basic arb risk ass. and method statement.

 

Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaassssseeeeeee can you let me have a digital copy to save me totally writing one from scratch.

 

Or if there is a good site where I can steal a blanket one can you put the link in.
