They make quite a big range, as i remember?

I think they are easily available, but perhaps at the cheaper end of the market?

Not knowing which jacket, I think you'll generally find them quite sweaty if doing treework or anything energetic in them.

Others on here will recommend Swazi or similar.

Have a quick look on the 'search' bar here?

I wish I could find some decent waterproofs for hedgelaying that are breathable and tough enough that they won't be ripped to bits by thorns on the first day. Impossible quest it seems.

My sip keiu seems to do the business. Been out all day in the rain hedgelaying and remained dry. If your sweating maybe a wicking base layer and then coat, fleece addition if it's cold.

Thanks.Think I'll give those a go for next season. All the hill farmers up here seem to wear Kaiwaka gear but it's bloody expensive. It's thorn and barbed wire damage that stops me wearing waterproofs. The hateful tangled hedge I'm working on now has a fence so close that I'm wearing an old  tattered pair of work trousers rather than rip my chainsaw trousers to bits. But for the price of those Sip jackets I'd be prepared to give them a go. Shame they don't seem to make the trousers to go with them.
