About us

Experienced Arborists and Groundsmen wanted to join our busy family run business based near Newmarket.

We are professional, agile and fun family run business, looking for an experienced Arborist or groundsman with relevant tickets.

Arborist positions requires :

CSCS Card

Full Driving Licence. Preferably B+E and C1E

Arboriculture Qualifications

CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39 ( or equivalent)

Minimum of 4 years climbing experience, proven experience in arboriculture

Other desirable qualifications include

CS40/41, PA1, FA+F and Unit 220 Stump Grinding

Groundsmen positions require:

CSCS Card

CS30 and CS31

Full Driving Licence. Preferably B+E and C1E

Responsibilities:

- Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and shaping trees
- Conduct tree removals and stump grinding
- Assess tree health and provide recommendations for treatment or removal
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment used in tree care
- Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other necessary equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an arborist or in a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools safely
- Knowledge of groundskeeping, gardening, and irrigation techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and climbing trees
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in arboriculture

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Proof of qualifications gained.

Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
